To our beloved clients:
As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, we want to acknowledge that it could affect your daily routine, activities, and interactions. So, we want to take this opportunity to assure you we are here to serve you.
Precaution against the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for 20 seconds at a time. If you don’t have soap and water available, use a hand sanitizer that’s at least 60% alcohol.
Avoid contact with people who are sick.
Try not to touch your eyes, nose, or mouth.
Clean and disinfect surfaces and objects that are frequently touched.
Whether you’re traveling for work or personal reasons, if the task or meeting can be accomplished without travel, please refrain from traveling.
Avoid activities where you’re likely to be exposed to large groups of people.
Maintain good personal hygiene.
Do not wear a mask unless you have symptoms of the coronavirus, or are a health worker.
If you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms, please take precautions to protect those around you.
Report any risks or exposure immediately to your supervisor, so that we can work with you to help mitigate any spread of infection.
A “Shelter in Place” order may be issued in your area, so we advise everyone to ensure prescriptions have been filled and you have plenty of supplies to secure you and your family for weeks. Due to more than usual amount of phone calls to the office, we ask that you contact your pharmacy for refill requests. We are doing everything we can to minimize expose to you, and our staff. To that end, we routinely wipe down common surfaces, with the office, with hospital grade disinfectants. We have masks, as needed, for clients with respiratory symptoms, or the elderly. If you are sick – you have a cough, shortness of breath, or a fever, as a precaution, we ask that you contact the office and speak to our staff to help triage you over the phone prior to your visit. In addition, we have recently added telehealth/telemedicine to our list of services. Please let us know at least 2 hrs before your scheduled appointment, if you would like to use this service – office visit copay and deductible applies. We are proud of how our team has stepped up to take care of each other and our customers. Thank you for putting your trust in us. We’re committed to earning it every day. In good health, Invicta Family Health Clinic
